What an excellent product! Of all the electrolytes I’ve tried, and there have been many, this is The One! Website is clear and concise making ordering simple. Delivery was so quick. The taste is great 😊 I’ve tried all 3 flavours and my favourite is Lychee. The box looks good, the packets look good. They taste amazing but most of all they make me feel great 😊 I have a very busy life and as we all know busy lives can sometimes drain you. So it’s Mydrate every day for me and I can honestly say I have never felt better. Strongly recommend you try them. 😊
No more cramps.
I'd often suffered with cramps,especially after training. Using Mydrate has meant that I very rarely suffer with cramp anymore. The flavours are refreshing rather than powdery like others id tried. Favourite flavour is the mixed berry. Give this a try. You won't be disappointed.

The best electrolytes I’ve tried. The flavors are nice and refreshing without that fake artificial sweet taste. I feel noticeably more energized throughout the day, it's a daily essential now!
Perfect
Partner is coeliac so to see "gluten free" right on the front is brilliant rather than rifling through the ingredients to check. She needs extra vitamins and electrolytes to function day to day & this is already making a difference to her energy levels. The flavours are lovely, strong cherry taste makes it something she enjoys rather than others we've tried which just taste salty and off 10/10
The very first time I tried this…
The very first time I tried this product it blew my mind how much of a difference it made to my daily routine, I usually needed two cups of coffee to feel normal but with a sachet of this stuff in my bottle of water in the car on the way to work helped me feel awake- it’s also really good when in the gym when you feel you are lagging . I give it 10/10 , not only does it taste good it actually gives me a lift when needed
Recommend, not salty like others
It's not so salty like other ones and tastes were all nice to me - I ordered Lychee which I like but it's not everyone's cup of tea. Having B12 is a great touch and getting the two other flavours as samples were amazing. I actually love Mixed Berry now and Cherry one is great too.

Not artificial and tastes great
I was drawn to Mydrate because they use zero artificial colours or flavours, which is really important to me. Unlike other electrolyte brands I've tried that taste so salty, this one is refreshing and incredibly easy to drink.

I have tried several electrolyte…
I have tried several electrolyte brands, there was always an issue whether it be tasting artificial and not tasting of anything at all. Mydrate gets the balance right, tastes brilliant and came within about 12 hours of ordering so very convenient too. Would and have recommended to friends, I’ll never try other electrolytes again!

Love it! Not salty like others and taste good for me. If you don't like perfume-ish flavour, order Mixed Berries or Cherry. It was a nice touch to send those samples and those taste are stronger. All is nice. Having additional B12 is super great!
