Delivery & Shipping
UK delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Standard UK delivery is £2.99 per order and is shown before you complete your purchase.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days after that. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched the next working day. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees, but unless we agree otherwise your order will always be delivered within 30 days of being accepted.
Order confirmation
Once your order is accepted you'll receive a confirmation by email. Please check your delivery details carefully. If you spot an error, email hello@mydrate.co.uk as soon as possible.
Delayed orders
Deliveries can occasionally be affected by things outside our control, such as carrier delays, severe weather or very busy periods. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days, email hello@mydrate.co.uk and we'll investigate.
Lost, damaged or incorrect orders
If your parcel is lost in transit, arrives damaged, is incorrect or has something missing, email us with your order number as soon as possible. We may ask for photos of the packaging or product so we can investigate. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders are dispatched on the recurring schedule shown when you subscribe and in your account. You can pause, skip or cancel at any time, though a change may not affect an order that has already been processed or dispatched.
