These terms apply when you use www.mydrate.co.uk or buy from Mydrate. Please read them before ordering.
1. About us
This website is operated by Mydrate Ltd, company number 16991728, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is on our Company information page. Email hello@mydrate.co.uk. "Mydrate", "we", "us" and "our" mean Mydrate Ltd.
2. Our products
We sell Mydrate electrolyte powder sachets and related products through our website. We take reasonable care to make sure descriptions, photographs, ingredients, pack sizes and other information are accurate. Packaging may occasionally vary where minor changes are made that do not materially alter the product.
3. Placing an order
When you place an order you are offering to buy the products in your basket. You must give accurate contact, billing and delivery details. You'll receive an electronic confirmation. A contract is formed when we accept your order. If we can't accept an order we'll tell you and won't charge you for products we can't supply.
4. Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling. The price payable is the price shown when you order, subject to correction of any obvious error. Delivery charges are shown before you complete your purchase. Standard UK delivery is currently £2.99 per order.
5. Payment
Payment is taken using the methods available at checkout. You confirm you're authorised to use the payment method you provide. For subscriptions, recurring payments are taken on the schedule shown when you subscribe.
6. Subscriptions
Subscriptions give you recurring deliveries at the price shown when you sign up. Our standard subscription price is £19.99 per box per month, compared with £24.99 for a one-off purchase, unless another offer or bundle price is clearly shown at checkout. You can pause, skip or cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. A change or cancellation may not affect an order already processed or dispatched. There are no cancellation fees. We'll tell you before any price change and you can cancel before it takes effect.
7. Delivery
Orders are dispatched from the UK. Standard UK delivery is £2.99 per order. Full details are on our Delivery & Shipping page. Unless agreed otherwise, goods will be delivered within 30 days of your order being accepted.
8. Your right to cancel
If you're a UK consumer buying online, you normally have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to statutory exceptions. After telling us you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
9. Returns and refunds
Email hello@mydrate.co.uk before returning anything. Refunds and returns are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy and consumer law. Where you validly cancel an online order, the refund includes standard delivery where the law requires it. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we are not required to refund the extra amount.
10. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
Products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If something is faulty, damaged or incorrect, email hello@mydrate.co.uk. Your statutory rights relating to faulty goods are not affected.
11. Product information and your circumstances
Information on our website is general product information, not medical advice. If you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have dietary or health concerns, seek professional advice before using a food supplement. Always follow the information on the packaging.
12. Promotions and discount codes
We may offer discounts, codes or special offers from time to time. Any extra conditions are shown with the promotion. Unless stated otherwise, promotions can't be exchanged for cash or combined with another offer. We may withdraw or correct a promotion where there has been an obvious error, abuse or technical problem.
13. Website availability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate but can't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, maintain or temporarily restrict parts of the site where reasonably necessary.
14. Intellectual property
The Mydrate name, branding, product artwork, photographs, written content and other materials on this website are owned by or licensed to Mydrate Ltd unless stated otherwise. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
15. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We're responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
16. Privacy
We process personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms applying to an order are those in force when it was placed. The latest version is always published here with its date.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also have rights under the consumer laws where you live.
