Unbelievable!!!
These electrolytes have been a game changer to my training! They are so easy to drink, not sickly at all! Feel so refreshed after drinking them and for such a reasonable price. I took them throughout my ultra marathon and training and they made a world of difference, couldn’t recommend an electrolyte more!!
What an excellent product
What an excellent product! Of all the electrolytes I’ve tried, and there have been many, this is The One! Website is clear and concise making ordering simple. Delivery was so quick. The taste is great 😊 I’ve tried all 3 flavours and my favourite is Lychee. The box looks good, the packets look good. They taste amazing but most of all they make me feel great 😊 I have a very busy life and as we all know busy lives can sometimes drain you. So it’s Mydrate every day for me and I can honestly say I have never felt better. Strongly recommend you try them. 😊
No more cramps.
I'd often suffered with cramps,especially after training. Using Mydrate has meant that I very rarely suffer with cramp anymore. The flavours are refreshing rather than powdery like others id tried. Favourite flavour is the mixed berry. Give this a try. You won't be disappointed.

The best electrolytes I’ve tried. The flavors are nice and refreshing without that fake artificial sweet taste. I feel noticeably more energized throughout the day, it's a daily essential now!

The very first time I tried this product it blew my mind how much of a difference it made to my daily routine, I usually needed two cups of coffee to feel normal but with a sachet of this stuff in my bottle of water in the car on the way to work helped me feel awake- it’s also really good when in the gym when you feel you are lagging . I give it 10/10 , not only does it taste good it actually gives me a lift when needed
Recommend, not salty like others
It's not so salty like other ones and tastes were all nice to me - I ordered Lychee which I like but it's not everyone's cup of tea. Having B12 is a great touch and getting the two other flavours as samples were amazing. I actually love Mixed Berry now and Cherry one is great too.
Not artificial and tastes great
I was drawn to Mydrate because they use zero artificial colours or flavours, which is really important to me. Unlike other electrolyte brands I've tried that taste so salty, this one is refreshing and incredibly easy to drink.

I have tried several electrolyte…
I have tried several electrolyte brands, there was always an issue whether it be tasting artificial and not tasting of anything at all. Mydrate gets the balance right, tastes brilliant and came within about 12 hours of ordering so very convenient too. Would and have recommended to friends, I’ll never try other electrolytes again!

About this flavour
Mixed Berry: soft and rounded
Mixed Berry is the easy one to start with. Soft and rounded, it tastes of ripe summer berries, fuller and fruitier than Lychee but without the sharp edge of Cherry. Nothing about it is loud. It is simply a pleasant glass of water with berries in it.
It fits almost anywhere in the day. In the morning it is a gentle way to get a first glass down. At a desk it is the kind of drink you refill without thinking. On a long walk, or after the school run, it is fruit without the sweetness that usually comes with it, and it goes down just as easily on a warm afternoon as on a cold morning.
Empty one sachet into 300 to 500 ml of cold water and stir or shake until the powder has gone. Use less water for a fuller berry flavour and more for something lighter to sip through the afternoon. It works at room temperature, but it is noticeably better cold.
Next to the other two, Mixed Berry is the middle ground. Lychee is lighter and more fragrant, closer to still water with a floral note. Cherry is bolder and sharper, with real bite. Mixed Berry has more fruit than Lychee and more softness than Cherry, which is why it makes a good first box if you are undecided.
