What the authorised nutrient claims mean
Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance. Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy yielding metabolism.
These statements describe the recognised functions of the named nutrients. They should not be rewritten as promises that the product will prevent, treat or cure a symptom or medical condition.
Where the ingredients come from
The formula uses potassium citrate, magnesium bisglycinate, Himalayan pink salt, Aquamin, magnesium citrate and the listed vitamin sources. Aquamin is a red algae mineral complex from the Atlantic coast of Ireland. Himalayan pink salt supplies sodium and chloride.
The full ingredient list also includes citric acid, malic acid, natural flavouring, steviol glycosides as a sweetener and the colour used for the specific flavour.
Zero sugar and zero caffeine
Mydrate contains zero sugar and zero caffeine. It is a food supplement with electrolytes, vitamins and sweetener, not a stimulant and not a medical oral rehydration product.
